Pay & Benefits
- £12.87 per hour during the training period
- £13.53 per hour once fully trained

Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods using Counterbalance Forklift Trucks. Your main duties will include:
- Handling raw materials and packaging supplies
- Pre-kitting and preparation of materials
- Managing finished goods and warehouse stock
- Maintaining hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards
- Following all health and safety procedures
Additional Duties:
- Supporting pre-kitting or batch mixing when required
- Manual handling of ingredients as part of production support
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A valid Counterbalance FLT licence with proven operational experience
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- Basic numeracy and computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
Previous experience within the food manufacturing industry is not essential. We welcome applicants with transferable skills, particularly those with experience in factory, warehouse, or machinery-based environments.
