Role Overview
The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative for a well-established design company based in the Watford area. This is a full-time, sardar article permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work and being part of a supportive team.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining accurate stock control
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely
- Preparing goods for dispatch and customer deliveries
- Carrying out general warehouse operations and housekeeping
- Manual handling and regular heavy lifting
- Occasionally assisting as a driver’s mate for showroom installations
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy items on a regular basis
- Valid UK driving licence (required for delivery support)
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Basic IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Bendi/Flexi licence desirable but not essential
Working Hours & Pay
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Overtime may be available depending on business requirements. All hours are paid at a competitive rate of £12.21 per hour.
