The Role
We are currently recruiting both qualified Bus Drivers and Trainee Bus Drivers to join our growing team. As a Bus Driver, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, reliable, sardar article and friendly service across Metroline’s bus routes.
For trainee drivers, we provide comprehensive, fully funded training to help you achieve:
- D Category Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) Licence
- Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- City & Guilds Qualification in Bus Driving
Garage locations are available across North and North West London, Middlesex, and Hertfordshire. Your preferred depot will be discussed during the interview process.

Shift Patterns
This role involves flexible working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Who We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence with at least 12 months of driving experience
- Existing PCV licence and Driver Qualification Card (DQC) or willingness to train
- Up to 6 penalty points may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and reliability
- Flexibility to work rotating shift patterns
