About This Role
Momentum Instore Installations is recruiting enthusiastic and dependable Retail Merchandisers to work on retail projects across Durham and surrounding areas. This position is well suited to individuals who enjoy practical retail work, can work nights, and are comfortable travelling as part of a team.
This is a project-based role, meaning weekly hours cannot be guaranteed. Shifts may include weekends, sardar article with new projects starting from mid-January.
Main Responsibilities
- Merchandise and replenish stock according to planograms and schedules.
- Install shelving, fixtures, and retail displays to a high standard.
- Ensure store layouts remain accurate, clean, and well presented.
- Carry out general housekeeping and maintain equipment.
- Complete manual handling tasks safely, including lifting where required.
Working Hours
- Shift Pattern: Night shifts
- Working Time: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Shift Length: 11 hours on site
- Breaks: 60 minutes unpaid and 30 minutes paid

Who Can Apply?
Previous experience in retail merchandising or working with planograms is helpful but not essential. Full training is provided for applicants who show a positive work attitude, flexibility, and willingness to travel and stay away from home.
