Role Overview
Momentum Instore Installations is seeking reliable and hardworking Retail Merchandisers to support in-store projects across major retail locations in Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. This role offers variety, teamwork, sardar article and the opportunity to work on nationwide retail installations.
You will work as part of a mobile merchandising team, with transport and accommodation arranged when required. The position suits candidates who are flexible and comfortable with travelling and staying away from home.
Please note: This is project-based work with no guaranteed weekly hours. Weekend availability may be required.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Replenishing stock and merchandising shelves using detailed planograms
- Setting up shelving, fixtures, and promotional displays
- Ensuring all displays meet quality and safety standards
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas
- Carrying out manual handling tasks where required
Working Schedule & Pay
- 11-hour on-site shifts
- 60-minute unpaid break and 30-minute paid break
- Night shifts from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- £12.21 per hour with weekly payments

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in retail merchandising or working with planograms is beneficial but not essential. Full training is provided for candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility to travel.
