Retail Merchandiser – Contract Role
About the Role
Momentum Instore Installations is recruiting motivated and dependable Retail Merchandisers to join its field-based team across the West Midlands. This role offers flexible, project-led work in major retail stores, supporting shelf replenishment and store presentation.
Transport, accommodation, and on-site support are provided. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy teamwork, hands-on retail work, sardar article and are comfortable travelling and staying away from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchandise and replenish shelves using planograms
- Install shelving, fixtures, and in-store displays
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Follow health, safety, and manual handling procedures
- Handle stock and equipment safely (up to 25kg where applicable)
Working Details
- Field-based role requiring travel and overnight stays
- 11-hour shifts including:
- 60-minute unpaid break
- 30-minute paid break
- Night shifts only (8pm – 7am)
- No guaranteed weekly hours – work is project-based
Pay & Benefits
- £12.21 per hour, paid weekly

Skills & Experience
Experience in retail merchandising or planogram work is beneficial but not essential. Full training is provided for candidates who demonstrate flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to travel and stay away from home.
