Role Overview
As a Retail Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy used car sales department. You will lead a team, support Sales Executives, and ensure customers receive tailored finance sardar article and insurance solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong F&I knowledge and experience in high-volume retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate finance packages
- Collaborate with Sales Executives and Sales Managers to drive sales
- Sell finance, insurance, and additional automotive products
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
- Match customer requirements with relevant finance solutions
- Operate in a fast-moving, high-volume used car sales environment
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Retail or Transaction Manager in automotive or retail sales
- Strong knowledge of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
