We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our client’s established site in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will work with a highly respected main dealer group, sardar article enjoying excellent working conditions and opportunities for career progression in a company known for its outstanding staff retention.

Role Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the most suitable finance packages to meet their needs
- Work closely with Sales Executives and the Sales Manager, demonstrating strong F&I knowledge
- Manage high-volume used car sales in a fast-paced environment
- Promote and sell finance, insurance, and additional products
- Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and company policies
- Match customers’ requirements with the most appropriate finance options
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Retail or Transaction Manager
- Full UK driving licence
Working Hours & Salary
Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm (one day off during the week)
Saturday: 9am – 5pm
Salary: £30,000 basic, £50,000 OTE (uncapped)
