Role Overview
In this role, you will manage a range of retail services across multiple sites, including restaurants, coffee shops, vending services, smart markets, sardar article and hospitality events. You will be responsible for operational performance, team leadership, and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, labour planning, stock control, and resources.
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to deliver high performance.
- Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvements.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support innovation, sustainability, and new service initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience managing multi-site retail operations or branded outlets.
- Proven ability to improve sales, gross profit, and efficiency.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Commercial awareness with KPI and contract management experience.
- Food Safety Level 4 qualification or willingness to obtain.
- Enhanced DBS clearance or ability to complete checks.
