Warehouse Operative – Permanent Position

Role Overview
An established and well-regarded company based in Tetbury is seeking a motivated and approachable Warehouse Operative to join their friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a close-knit operation.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will play an essential role in ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently and safely. In addition to day-to-day warehouse duties, sardar article you may occasionally assist with on-site installations at customer locations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the smooth daily running of warehouse operations
- Receive, check, and process incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate stock levels using a computer-based inventory system
- Move stock around the warehouse while maintaining a safe working environment
- Carry out regular housekeeping to keep the warehouse clean and organised
- Assist with basic administrative and stock-recording tasks
- Provide occasional support at client sites, including installation assistance
- Complete any additional tasks as required by management
Skills and Experience Required
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using stock systems
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable
- Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is beneficial but not essential
