Job Description

Workchain is seeking dedicated and dependable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy operation in Castle Donington. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to secure long-term employment, with a permanent contract available after 13 weeks.

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles is advantageous, sardar article but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Shift Pattern

  • Early Shift: 06:00 – 14:30
  • Late Shift: 14:00 – 22:30
  • Monday to Friday only
  • Shorter working hours on Fridays

No weekend or Bank Holiday work required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing orders accurately
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
  • Working collaboratively to meet daily targets
  • Operating FLT equipment where required (training available)

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong reliability and work ethic
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • 5-year checkable work history
  • Basic DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • FLT licence preferred but not essential
