Job Description
Job&Talent is recruiting reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives for the Superdrug Distribution Centre in Dunstable. These roles offer ongoing, year-round work with opportunities to gain a permanent contract. No previous warehouse experience is required, as full training is provided.
The site is easily accessible via public transport, sardar article with subsidised bus routes available from Luton and Dunstable.
Shift Patterns
- Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:00
- Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00
All shifts follow a 5 days out of 7 rota.
Pay Rates & Overtime
Day Shifts (AM & PM)
- £12.40 per hour (first 12 weeks)
- £12.53 per hour (after 12 weeks)
- Overtime up to £16.29 per hour
- Sunday & Bank Holiday rate: £18.80 per hour
Night Shifts
- £13.64 per hour (first 12 weeks)
- £15.16 per hour (after 12 weeks)
- Overtime up to £19.71 per hour
- Sunday & Bank Holiday rate: £22.74 per hour
Candidate Requirements
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 15kg
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
Main Duties
- Order picking using LLOP equipment
- Walking pick operations
- General warehouse duties
- Participating in ongoing training (LLOP, FLT, etc.)
