Warehouse Operative – Castle Donington
Location: Castle Donington, Derby
Salary: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour
Job Type: Contract (Temp to Perm after 13 weeks)
Shifts: Rotating Monday–Friday (06:00–14:30 / 14:00–22:30, shorter shift on Friday)

About the Role
We are seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Castle Donington. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles, sardar article although full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading goods
- General warehouse tasks and maintaining a clean workspace
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily targets
- Operating Forklift Truck (FLT) equipment – training available if required
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution is an advantage but not essential
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to excellence
- Flexible and able to work rotating shifts
- Attention to detail
- Checkable 5-year work history
- Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- FLT licence preferred but not required
