Role Summary

Job&Talent is currently hiring Warehouse Operatives to join the busy Superdrug Warehouse in Dunstable. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking regular, sardar article year-round work with full training provided. No previous warehouse experience is required, making this role ideal for both new starters and experienced operatives.

Available Shifts

  • Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00

All shifts operate on a rotating 5 days out of 7 schedule. The site is easily accessible via regular bus routes from Luton and Dunstable, and long-term opportunities including permanent contracts are available.

Candidate Requirements

  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Ability to lift items up to 15kg
  • Warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential

Pay Rates

AM & PM Shifts

  • First 12 weeks: £12.40 per hour + overtime at £16.12
  • After 12 weeks: £12.53 per hour + overtime at £16.29
  • Sunday & Bank Holiday rate: £18.80 per hour

Night Shifts

  • First 12 weeks: £13.64 per hour + overtime at £17.73
  • After 12 weeks: £15.16 per hour + overtime at £19.71
  • Sunday & Bank Holiday rate: £22.74 per hour

Your Responsibilities

  • Order picking using walk and LLOP systems
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties
  • Participating in ongoing training such as LLOP and FLT
