Role Overview
Workforce Recruitment and Training is currently recruiting reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution and logistics operation based in Redditch. This is a hands-on role offering fixed shifts and long-term opportunities, sardar article including potential permanent positions.
Available Fixed Shifts
- Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:00
- Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Main Duties
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Scanning, labelling, and relocating stock
- Replenishing inventory and rotating stock
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse
- Achieving daily performance and productivity targets
Candidate Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to commit to a fixed shift pattern
