Specialist Clinical Pharmacist (Macmillan Haematology Pharmacist)
Position Overview
NHS Jobs is seeking an experienced and dedicated **Specialist Clinical Pharmacist (Macmillan Haematology)** for a 9-month fixed-term secondment based in Newport. This role provides an exciting opportunity to support the haematology service while contributing to patient care sardar article and the broader pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist pharmacy care for haematology patients under the Macmillan program
- Participate in clinical medication reviews and provide advice to multidisciplinary teams
- Support the safe and effective use of medicines, including high-cost therapies
- Assist with service delivery for the duration of the fixed-term secondment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and quality service provision
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Relevant post-registration experience in clinical pharmacy
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Permission from current line manager to undertake secondment
